Stu Cline, retired, is the Director and part owner of Cline Homes.
Stu is the former Chairman of Morrison Homes, Inc, the US
subsidiary of George Wimpey PLC, the largest publicly-owned
homebuilder in the UK. Prior to moving into the Chairman role in
January, 2005, Stu had been President/CEO of Morrison Homes, the
18th largest builder in the US, since June 1994. In addition, Stu
has been a member of the George Wimpey, PLC Board of Directors
since December 2000. Before joining Morrison, Stu spent 22 years
with The Ryland Group, Inc in various management and operational
positions, joining as a field supervisor in 1972 and rising through
management to become President of Ryland Homes in 1989.
Stu served as an officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1966-1969, received a BS Degree in Civil Engineering in 1971 from the University of Delaware and an MBA Degree in 1974 from Loyola College, Baltimore.
He resides in a Cline Home in Mount Pleasant with his wife Jan of more than 40 years.

Scott Cline is Co-President and part owner of Cline Homes. Scott manages the construction, purchasing and estimating, and warranty functions for the company.
Scott and his family moved to Charleston in the spring of 2005 from Atlanta after spending over four years with Morrison Homes Atlanta Division. During this time, Scott's positions included Estimator, Purchasing Analyst, Assistant Builder and Finish Builder. He has substantial experience in plan development, product selection, purchasing and estimating, subcontractor and supplier relations, field construction, quality inspections, customer orientation, scheduling, and onsite construction management.
Prior to joining Morrison Homes, Scott worked four years as a Business Analyst and Systems Engineer in the Information Technology Industry with EDS and Etensity, Inc. in Washington, DC.
Scott earned a BBA Degree from James Madison University in 1997 with a double major in Operations Management and Computer Information Systems.
Scott and his wife, Andrea, live in a Cline Home on Daniel Island with daughter, Charlotte, and son, Jackson.
Jeff Cline is Co-President and part owner of Cline Homes. Jeff manages the accounting, financial planning, land planning, and sales & marketing functions for the company.
Jeff and his family moved to Charleston in the spring of 2005 from Atlanta after spending over four years with Beazer Homes in both the Georgia Division and Beazer Corporate offices. While there, he held positions including Manager of Land Acquisition Review (Corporate Office), and Land Acquisition Manager and Land Development Project Manager (Georgia Division). Jeff has substantial experience in land feasibility studies, general land asset management, market research analysis, land planning, and managing onsite field land development.
Prior to joining Beazer Homes, Jeff worked in the information technology industry with Etensity, Inc in Vienna, VA.
Jeff earned a BBA Degree from James Madison University in 1999 with majors in Finance and CIS.
Jeff and his wife, Anna, live in a Cline Home in Mount Pleasant with sons, Charlie and Crosby, and daughter, Bridget.
